Tomorrow will kick off the beginning of the 50 States in 50* Days series of posts, during which I'll go through one state a day and outline the features of its athlete agent regulations and any other interesting information I can dig up. I do realize that not all states have regulations yet, so on those days I try to find something else to talk about in addition to telling you that the state has no regulations.
Up first - Alabama. Yeah, it looks like I'll be going alphabetical for those of you waiting for Wyoming (which is a Uniform Athlete Agent Act state in case you just can't wait).
* - I'm not going to guarantee that this will happen in 50 calendar days. I haven't decided what to do about holidays, sick days or days when my fingers don't want to type. Nonetheless, it shouldn't take a whole lot more that that to get through it.
