ESPN.com and Yahoo!Sports have have both posted an AP report that the NBA Players Association has suspended agent Calvin Andrews of BDA Sports for one year due to violations related to the recruitment of OJ Mayo.

That's exactly what they need to do. Go after these guys and make them pay a price. Eventually the sport will be a little cleaner. These kids are young and most are poor. Throw money at them and they cannot resist. Who could at the age of eighteen. For that reason they need to go after the ones doing the pursuing.
