In an update to my post on Monday,50 States in 50* Days - Iowa Athlete Agent Regulation, Governor Chet Culver has signed Senate File 199 – an Act relating to the uniform athlete agents act and providing remedies and penalties - into law.Iowa becomes the 37 State to adopt the Uniform Athlete Agent Act. Nebraska and New Jersey are also considering the UAAA.
